All of the follow up exercises were very successful. I realized early on that all training usually always require follow-up especially to provide further support, and new skill development. Womens Money Matters Administrators/Hosts and Coaches helped us the continue to improve, they promoted the use of new daily practices that were implemented in Wednesday night trainings. Our Coaches were so responsible and helped us to be accountable when we had our one-on-one follow ups and plans. Coaches had discussions with us that we will continue to benefit from after our program ends. The connections that we have made at Womens Money Matters and the the things that we have learned from one another collectively bridges the gap between things previously known, new things learned and a process of ongoing learning and feedback we will get from and through Womens Money Matters community in the future. I am excited for us all .Let’s take what we have learned and let’s soar to deeper heights than we ever thought possible.
