This fund is for individuals and families experiencing financial hardship of any kind, with particular (but not exclusive) focus on those with needs arising from emergencies, medical issues, education, and housing instability.
Applicants must be:
- 18 years old or older
- Income $80,000 or below
- A Massachusetts resident
Upon submitting an application, applicants will be invited to have a conversation with a BFF staff member and review support and fund distribution. Funds may be distributed directly to the individual or to a 3rd party within a 1-2 week timeframe.
